WHO-5: a moment to reflect on well-being.

Five positive statements, a specific time frame, and space for your own experience.

What does it explore?

The WHO-5 asks about well-being over the past two weeks. Its five positive statements have six frequency choices. A higher score represents greater self-reported well-being within this particular framework.

Why two weeks?

The time frame gives your answers a shared context. Try to consider the full two weeks rather than only the moment you take the test. This is not an exam; there is no need to choose the most positive answer.

Read the result without reducing yourself to a number

The result describes one aspect of your experience over that period. It does not summarize your health or establish a diagnosis. On Mind, you can inspect the calculation and review each answer. A low value may open a conversation; it cannot explain everything you are going through.

Make room for your experience

You might note what supports your balance and what feels missing right now. If how you feel concerns you or affects daily life, talk to a professional regardless of the score. Repeating the test very quickly to obtain a better number does not replace that conversation.
